Puppets and Territory
Hi, I have a few questions regarding territory and puppets.

1) How do I release and annex a current puppet?

2) Is it possible for me to puppet a nation I currently occupy?

3) Is it possible for me to make a current puppet I have, into a puppet of another country in my faction?

The system should be the same as the base game. So, from my memory:
1. You can't release a puppet, they must reach that level of autonomy on their own. You can only annex your own puppet by forcing their autonomy to the other extreme.
2. Yes, but your ruling ideology has to allow it.
3. No.
