I got a question
how do you change the type of government structure you have because even though I meet all the expectations it wont let me switch to (example) autocracy

When an autocratic ideology is either elected or performs a coup, you have an event that will allow you to change it.

@Olex010, That's a problem with the launcher or your game. You may need to use Google to find the specific cause. I'd start by clearing your cache and making sure the mod is installed in the right location. Check the mod's description for additional help.
