Potential Improvement Suggestions
I really, really like where this mod is going, since I was a big fan of Millenium Dawn, but there are quite a few problems I can see with the focus trees, and as it stands, a lot can be improved. Here are a few things I've noted from my gameplay:

  • More research bonuses.
    A lot of the research buffs are pretty lackluster, and can be buffed to better specialise nations. China only has x2 50% Land Doctrine bonuses, which should be changed to x2 100% Mass Assault doctrine buffs. There also isn't trees for undergoing Nuclear research, and most of the industrial focuses are just generic industry, and don't provide as much depth as a dedicated Synthetic oil or Resource Extraction tree would

  • Fix the focus times.
    China sees a lot of this especially. Some of the focuses are too long for the reward they provide, if they provide anything at all. A 105 day focus that does nothing has no gameplay purpose and suffice to say: Isn't fun.

  • Better "Hard" buffs.
    A "Hard" buff is what I like to call a buff that affects gameplay on an industrial or military level. Things like production time reductions, soft attack buffs and division speed is what I would call a hard buff. These are usually provided by national focus trees or High Command. The current Hard buffs provided from National Focuses are very low, especially justify war goal times and organisation modifiers. High Command also are ♥♥♥♥-tier, with only specialist level buffs. This is a perfect place for countries like Germany to receive Armour bonuses and countries like Britain to receive naval and amphibious assault bonuses. After all, this specialisation is what makes playing different countries fun, and what provides a different experience from one country to another. What I see a lot of in Millenium Dawn is plenty of countries that only differ because of their number of Civilian Factories and their geography. I would love to see more focuses like Levee And Mass or Aircraft Production group which provide pretty good strategic benefits.

  • Lower war justification times/More War justification modifiers.
    Twiddling your thumbs waiting for a war justification for 355 days isn't fun. They're too long, especially for extremist powers whose Communist/Fascist ideology in the base game would mean they'd have greatly reduced war justification times.

  • More alternate history choices.
    The Millenium Dawn experience seems quite predictable and railroaded at times, with little wiggle room for Historical change. This is quite good for Russia and America, but really lacks with Britain, Germany and China. Especially China, with their forceful route only granting 3 or 4 war goals (If I remember correctly). Germany also only receives a war goal on their old territory if they choose the correct focus, but this restricts their ability to expand Westward. Personally, I'd like to see a new appeasement focus for the Fourth Reich, but it's really less a question of capability and more a question of commitment of the dev team.

I think most countries need more building slots, or focuses that add more building slots. As it stands, only the big countries can field a large, diverse army.
Can you implement the new namelists (The names that generals, leaders, and advisors get) from vanilla HOI4 into Novus Vexillarum, please?

to begin, congratulations for the mod.
I wanted to advise for the improvement of the mod to make these updates regarding the trees of military technologies:
I love playing with Russia but I think they can be true for all nations.
- tanks (Russia): the "terminators" are not troop transport but anti-tank
- artillery: add self propeled artillery (mixed, 2S35 Koalitsija-SV, 2S3 Akatsiya etc ,,,)
                                   add self propeled anti air (Buk, Patsyr, S-300, S400, S500 etc ...)
- air: add mast for helicopters (attack and trasport)
- military technologies in general: improving icons (I would recommend using those from Millenium dawn, but not the classic one, they are very beautiful)
