Economic decrease
So I am currently playing as Germany/HRE

And I started attacking some neighbors because nato dissolved itself anyways. I just saw that my economy now goes 0,25 down instead of up dispute no change by me. I only took two policies, didn’t change anything in goverment and just did some rather harmless stuff in the decisions like the military academy and some stuff with the debt mechanic. Nothing that seemed to have an effect that way.

I up to now also onyl cheated twice, once because i had 40% percent or more party popularity for monarchy and the 2004 election didn’t work properly ( o just got a pop up that communists won dispite them still having 0% beforehand and afterwards and it was still social democrat dispite many more popular parties) so I forced the game to accept the actually most popular party. Then I got kicked from the Eu so I cheated so I don’t actually have to do the „leave eu focus“ as I already did leave

Is there some cheat to just easily fix it back to the correct number?

Debt mechanic? Are you playing with submods or other mods?

The debt mechanic doesn't touch economic growth though, that's not that

might be i dont know exactly what mod does what though i only used some of the official submods.

its basically just a bit of decisions. where you can invest into something which gives you a few buffs then you can make a decision to pay a part of the debt reducing the debuffs of having a higher debt for 180 days 0f more consumer good factories or something like thatt or wait until a pop up says you economy is doing good so the debt decreases. but i looked again and none of these decisions could cause it accoring to their effects.

i think i found the problem. beforehand i always had some economic development decision in the working. which do grant economic growth but now i am unable to enact any because i seemingly have one already, or so. dispite no decision being active in that category.

to be exact in the economic development category the prerequist reads as follows to me:

X NOT: We are not doing another economic action

That is part of global conflict, you have timedown between decisions of about a year I think
