National Development
Please help. How to get Advanced nacional development. I dont understate the description.

It's intentionally vague. The special national ideas are sort of like easter eggs. I'll tell you exactly what you need to do, because you asked. You need to:
Be democratic
Be developed
Have free civil liberties
Have at least the lowest degree of welfare
Cannot have declared war on more than 3 nations, except for tyrannical countries
Have >90% stability
Have technology:
Improved Quantum Computers
Expanded CIM Software
Organized Industry IX
And do all of this before the year 2028, or 2031 if the ruling party is progressive

i think maybe you should add one for tyrannical governments. at least for balance's sake.
