Despite researching all nuclear tech, I am unable to build nuclear reactors. Tagging to a country that was nuclear from the start, the AI can queue up reactors (and builds them) but there is no option for me to do so.

I have also found that many/most AI nations will nearly exclusively build Motorised Rocket Artillery, sometimes without even using it in templates. They assign most factories to it, stockpiling tens of thousands of units, whilst having shortages of other equipment.

I've also found that Paradrops don't seem to work, however, they are notoriously annoying so it may not be a mod issue. I was able to set up the drop, but it wouldn't start, even with full air control.
