Can we get real here?
This is better than half of heavys "silly" cosmetics and this could be a perfect hoovy loadout filler

It also could combo well with a sandvich that is a mini heavy of the opposite color, and throwing it made the small heavy be in a cage.

But that's literally the term for a friendly heavy. This is term that pretty much the entire tf2 community uses.
