Mod Compatibility Requests
It's my intention to create integration patches for mods that have clay/ceramics content similar to this mod, both as a way to improve the usefulness of [1.0] Ceramics, and to reduce duplicate content for players who use lots of mods.

If you have a mod with content you would like to see supported, post them below. Please be as specific as possible and include a link to the mod.

Example: Please patch the Adobe bricks from Medieval Times.

I think the big one is fertile fields. It also has its own way of making bricks, and its own version of sand and clay. The production mechanics of Ceramics is much better, but Fertile Fields may be better for keeping clay and sand as limited resources.

Support for [RF] Fertile Fields added, 8/15/19.

Wow, that was fast. Can't wait to try it out. Thanks.

Edit: So far, it's working perfectly. I really like the way Ceramics and Fertile Fields work together.

Not sure if it's a load order issue or something else, but with Ceramics, and Rainbeau's Fertile Fields and Concrete mods loaded, I was getting an error regarding RFFBricks. I think it might be related to Fertile Fields setting the costList for brick embrasures to four RFFBricks.

I've worked around it for the moment by adding a PatchOperationRemove for BrickEmbrasure in Ceramic's Patch_FertileFields.xml file, just after the remove for BrickWall.

I've been having trouble with the Clay Gathering Spot and Clay Pit not being available in the Production menu when [RF] Fertile Fields [1.0] loaded. I played around with mod order and removing some of the other mods I have installed, but removing Fertile Fields was the only way I was able to get those production spots to show up. Don't know what's causing it, but I wanted to let you know.

I suspect that it's intentional. The whole point of combining it with fertile fields is making clay a limited resource. With Fertile fields you can get clay either by digging it up on the map, buying from a trader, or by grinding down sand in the rock mill.

I wasn't seeing the way to make clay from the map with fertile fields, so I'll have to look into it more on their end. Thanks for clarifying it for me.

Whenever you get to the point of adding storage buildings, it would be great if you could make those work together with the "LWM's Deep Storage" mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1617282896 ), i.e. add additional functionality.

Not sure if it's a bug, but it seems like mudbricks beauty value for flooring is bugged? The beauty value for a mudbrick floor tile is -1000. I think the mod in question is "Stuffed Floors"? Either way would love to see a compatibility patch if there isn't one already!

Hello. Your mod is awesome. Would be great if you could make compatibility patch for Westerado. Its seems brewing whiskey conflicts with brewing in Ceramics. Sorry for my english

I've loaded Ceramics BEFORE Westerado and its worked. Its okay so far.

Is there a possibility that you will make it so the clay pits and clay gathering spots will still be available when using the mod with Fertile Fields?

Would it be possible to have a brewing patch for VGP Garden Drinks?
N7Huntsman  [developer] 3 Oct, 2019 @ 6:08pm
@SirGhost Have you tired loading Ceramics before Garden Drink, and seeing if that works?
SirghostVonghost 3 Oct, 2019 @ 7:28pm
