Vechicles dont cost anything and i cant spawn them.

Me and my friends have taken over the port and we'r trying to buy a attack helicopter from "import materials" but the cost of the helicopter seems to display 0$ and when i want to place it it says you have to be 50 m from the flag. Also the weapons are free so we can just spam spawn them. pls fix

Having this issue too, only mods installed are the RHS packs.
