Good skin, definitely not getting accepted at concept.
While I do like the skin the general style of the sentients is supposed to be foreign, and while vaguely humanoid they definitely wouldn't look this humanoid. If someone points out that Revenant has a sentient design it isn't entirely a sentient, so that doesn't count. I like how good the skin looks so try putting that creativity towards styles that DE will be more likely to get into the game.

On that topic, it looks more like a Corpus skin to me than a Sentient one.

Besides you can't exactly change the model for anything besides helmets for tennogen so saying "they wouldn't be this humanoid" is kinda pointless.

I'd buy this if the hair was changed. I like the skin. After a couple years of not playing much the things they did add are boring. They need to accept more skins at a time!
