After multiple manipulations (uninstallation, reinstallation, file deletions...) Steam always installs version 3.4.41.135 for me

I can only suggest carefully read part about steam cache bug from throubleshooting

Throubleshooting

The DLL says it's the latest version but your Mod Manager says that I have v.1.0.1.322

Should I be concerned?

No, this is because there are multiple .dll files there, so Mod Manager in this case determine version incorrectly, this behaviour should be improved in next version.
