Honestly. I feel even though sadly this wasn't accepted into the Halloween update I still believe as a general addition this would be a great cosmetic to put into the game. Perhaps an attempt at uploading again may give this cool cosmetic some more love and attention.
Hopefully with Valve adding it next update/or the attention it receives gives it enough for Valve to notice and consequently add.
