radious compatibility patch isn't updated yet, also it is supposed to be loaded above wu king mods which is states in the radious compatibility mod

No use in playing with the compatibility mod, for now anyways. It will work fine without it. Radious should be on the bottom, Wu on the top and the patch above Wu. Radious part 1 i believe touches a few basic abilities and the base game, (part 2 is just units and the treasure hunt). You want Wu to override Radious if needed. If you have Havies abilities, then that mod needs to override Wu and Radious. So that mods goes above all of them or it will crash. If you use the Wu sub mods, debut or ai. I've noticed no difference with the more powerful ai, don't personally use debut. Yet technically if it does need to override anything from Wu, it needs to be placed above Wu. The item sub mod, does not matter.
So in perspective:
Havies
Radious Wu compatibility patch
Wu debut/AI
Wu
Wu Items
Radious part 1 or 2
Radious part 1 or 2

I disabled all mod, only turn on by this order:
W compati patch
W debut
W AI
W
Radious part 1
Radious part 2

But loading screen for 5 second then crash.
Even I tried with W compati patch + Wu + Radious 1-2 still crash.
If I run Wu only, no crash
If I run Radious + MTU no crash
Seem very weird.

After few hours to try of loading and turn on/off mod, the mods work like this:
- no need Radious Wu compati patch any more, just turn off
- Wu Debut / AI
- Any Wu mod add on
- Wu main mod
- Radious part 1
- Radious part 2

I do not know why turn off compatible mod work in this case.

Yes it is the patch that crashes it. The patch makes changes to Wu and Radious, but since it is not updated to 1.7 and the latest version of Wu and Radious...it crashes. Play without it and later on when they update it, you can use it again. It's more for balance and making them compatible, but it still works without the patch.

Submod was fully updated yesterday to support latest WU build and official 1.7 update. So its free to be used again together with WU. Load order should not matter, but to be 100% sure, load it before WU.

I tried and the compa patch now work, no make game crash, work with save file.
