after the update, I restart a new game and seem each time I capture generals, they will join, before they will join after 2 or 3 captured times. This happen will even historical generals like Xu Chu, Xiao Don when Cao Cao still alive and strong, Zhou Zu when Sun Ce alive etc...
seem somethings been changed to the percentage the general join when captured.
