colonists disappear when starting game

Is this after you updated your game

edit: just tested with my game test save that I've been playing on for the last week. Everything seems to be in order. I'll need the error log to be able to help you, but if you want (since i'll be gone tonight and tomorrow), you can try downloading this version and seeing if your current save loads alright.
