So, I have been playing with this mod for a while and recently when moving the Albatross within the map, It wouldn't reinstall. Uninstalling simply vanished it.

From dev console attempted to spawn the minified thing and got this error:

I have moved SRTS to the top of the modlist, and removed any new mods I added today, and still got no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
