When I go to load a ship, I can load pawns but I can't load items.

Weirdly, if I go to another cell on the map and load there I can load items, its just at my base I can't!

This problem appeared and then it fixed itself and then its come back and I have no idea why. I'm not getting any errors, so its kind of odd.

Any ideas?
