I've never gotten the chance to watch Hellsing but from his looks alone I already love Alucard.

May I ask what you mean by that? Is Alucard hated by the fandom or am I just looking too much into this one vague comment?

Alucard is arguably the best part about anything Hellsing-related, so no. Because of him Hellsing is the one anime I've ever watched all the way through.

Also, he's a ♥♥♥♥-mothering vampire. He's killed a lot of people to get that title, and he deserves to be called such.
