It can't be opened, I decided to keep it locked so people wont rush trough the house and to make it some of the few places that can only be entered from one side.

thanks for your response. is it possible though for me to open it with a mod or some thing?

So is it just a prop or is it an actually door that is just set for "locked?"

You could decompile the map and change the garage door to a func_door_rotating (or anything that moves), but this isn't really nice to do.
