Actually it's better to give rogatywka for cavalry units only if they're using infantry equipment from 1918 because shortly before september 1939 all cavalry units received old Adrian helmets for better protection during a possible fight.
So in my opinion it will be better if the possible new models for cavalry looked like this:
0. rogatywka polowa wz.37 - http://www.weu1918-1939.pl/rogatywka-polowa-wz-37/
1. rogatywka polowa wz.37 or Adrian helmet
2. Adrian helmet
3. wz.31 "Salamandra"
I decided upon using some parade details for some nations troops to help differentiate (e.g., Chasseurs Ardennes used the Adrian in combat, but I gave them berets to differentiate them from line infantry), which is why I added collar details and parade details.
I also found some images of Polish Mausers of slightly yellow, and chose that to add some differentiation between nations weaponry (as small details are not seen too easily, but are still there).
