Why the game starts with vanilla mode?
You know guys, this mod is 2.8 GB but when I'm in launcher it says its just 970 MB and when I tried to play this mod, theres nothing ine game! Can you help me please? I saw some comments about that vanilla problem.

I do not have this problem here. I just downloaded it and it works from start. Did you manage your playsets? Please try to disable all and only check for this mod to be active.

Did both. Included in my playset, without any other mods which might have caused conflicts..

Same problem here, is it something to do with DLCs? Because i am missing all of the ones from 2018 and onwards

I fixed this issue by completely re-installing HOI4.

Make sure you unsubscribe from the legacy version
