Cant incorporate Lithuania as Poland

Incorporating Lithuania peacefully as Poland does not work. I checked what happens when Lithuania gets the event, and its bugged, with no text, only one "OK" option that does nothing. I reproted it on github but didnt get any answer.

yeah I had much the same issue, if you use the statetransfer tool to yoink them you should get the event then, but yeah, the mod itself doesnt work for some reason
