Heyo, been a minute.

I've been out of the game for a while and was asked to add in Tropical Italian uniforms for Red Devils. If there are any technical issues with these uniforms let me know. If something broke as I haven't done any mod work in a while, please also let me know and I will do my best to fix it in a timely manner.
