Boys i found an easy fix.

ONE Make sure your map has fully downloaded first. You can check this by looking at the blue progress bar at the middle bottom of Steam

TWO Go into your workshop - unsub everything.
Go into your csgo maps folder and delete workshop folder.
Resubscribe to the maps you wanna play, wait for them to download.
