Alarmingly bad fps on good pc

I have a gtx 1080+i7 7740x + 32gb ddr4 and I usually get about 200fps on dust, and nuke, but on this map, I get 70, a site seems to have the worst lag.

i have gtx 1060 and i5 and i get 300 fps on dust wow someting is seriously wrong with your pc

The new version of cache has 1 texture made out of 2 and both are HD which can mess with your FPS.
