It may be cut off and hidden in the screenshots, but I can't see where you're running a copy of DeepRim. This mod is just a patch for DeepRim and doesn't replace the original.

Running without the original installed will throw massive errors and cause the production menu to not even be displayed.

well that explains it! (I wasnt running deeprim)
