messed up skybox

Is there a way to have ATMOS disabled on spacebuild maps?

Missing textures, I think.

Skybox turns black at some angles

Specifically on rp_downtown_v4c_v2, when I'm entering the fountain area and the street which goes up to the police station, the skybox turns black. At some angles like looking at the ground or straight into the sky it turns back to normal. This is really annoying as it makes my FA:S weapons disappear as well. Screenshots[imgur.com]
