how do I restrict Scars and Parakeet's Pills?

I dont think you can necessarily restrict it, more of just when creating a server either do or don't have it on...

Those mods have built in adminships. In parakeet pills set it to admin only. In Scars i think (May not be true) in the categories in the top right in spawn menu their is a scar settings tab that includes that.
