STATS IDEA-JULY
Since it's a bomb it would be hard to balance it but i tried to make it perfectly balanced as all things should be:
-No sapper damage.
-%30 more damage vulnerability on player.
-Loud ticking sound. (Thank you for this idea Lord Xiphos.)
+Explodes.
+Explotion radius and damage depends on the sapping time.
(For example if engineer saves his sentry explosion damage and radius will be small but if sapping's complete explosion damage and radius will be bigger.)

Going further off your idea
-No Sapper Damage
-Does not disable building
-Loud Ticking Sound
-66% health (can be removed in one hit by any weapon, including the Jag)
+Only shows up on Engineer's feed for 0.5 seconds (Icon only, no voiceline from Engineer triggered)
+Model cloaks 1 second after sapping (becomes invisible/semi-invisible)
+(obviously) explodes after complete sapping

This way it's going for a more stealthy sap, which would be more challenging for the engineer to notice. On the other hand, stab-and-sap would be more challenging since the building is not disabled. I'm not sure about the "small explosion when removed" - it does make sense, but might be a bit too much?

-no imedate damage
-loud ticking noise
-building does not deactivate
+does not inform engineer
+explodes at end of sapping destroying the building
+deals explosive splash damage to surrounding buildings and players(like it's a sticky)
