No, I believe you are referring to JQueary's Siren head model, this is a PORT, from a game of the same name.

I have never, and I repeat, NEVER made a model.

Also, its suppose to be like that because of the game it was ported from, if you want a better version, use JQueary's Siren Head off of SFMLab.
