attack at markarth

I have no proof that this is due to your mod but I got attacked in markarth by the city guards immediately despite the fact that it was my first time there and therefore I had no bounty. I'm playing as a Redguard. Any possibility that it has to due with this mod or is it just a really crazy glitch?

Hostility issues can have any of a million causes. :s For instance, they are actually considered hostile by default due to a Skyrim bug so passive effects will hit them.
