It has has taken a very long time to discover this one mod causes 2 major Bugs (most likely due to bad mod interactions), whilst I was thinking the issues were from mods I refused to remove.

2 Bugs fixed by removing this 1 mod from my list of about 160+ mods:

- Mining produced no resources at all; no chunks and no steel, components, gems, etc.
(except Magicyte from Rim Magic, due to this being spawned using unique code, and I had assumed caused this bug, but removing all magic mods did not fix the bug, just meant also no magicyte)

- Butchering didn't work at all; not only did it not produce any resources, it didn't even remove the animal body, so colonists just kept trying to butcher the same animal over and over, as the progress bar hit full, nothing happened, just a kind of reset.

I have no idea if or what other mod this is interacting with to cause these bugs, I removed so many others mods before finding this one.
It seems to be about how spawning resources is coded in some way.

Removing this 1 mod, completely fixes both bugs.
