The name "Real Mann" just sounds kinda forced sense so many other cosmetics have that punchline to them. and i don't think it makes that much sense anyway because the name is based off Pinocchio or i assume so.

This. There's already a lot of Mann-named cosmetics. The current name is fine as is.

What if we just added 2 Ys to "Boy" like how theres 2 ns in "Mann"?

I like the name "The Real Boy" because in Pinocchio at the beginning, he begs to be a real boy by pleading "But I wanna be a real boy"

and seeing how this is pretty much medic as a wooden doll puppet, the name fits.

Sorry for necroposting, just saw it and had to put my 2 cents in.
