First of all, I'd like to say how much I love this mod and how it has revolutionised the game to what it should have been at release and maybe even more.

However, in a current playthrough I formed Japan and noticed I cant colonise any of Oceania until Adm tech 50. I understand how this might help to control Western powers from snowballing but I find it a little annoying as it makes no sense that I can colonise the whole of the eastern sea board of North and South America before even touching Australia or its surrounding islands (which are much, much closer geographically). Any chance this can be looked at and reworked? Cheers.
