Brandenburg -help me with "centralising the mark?"
Hi all,

does anyone know how to complete centralise the mark mission. It requires centralisatiion of 15 (done) and too be a free city or to enact it (which i dont understand as how can brandenburg do this)

Please help super smart people.

there is a policy that gives .4 centralization every year

It's a bit confusing to read but basically it wants that all provinces in mittelmark area to either belong to you or to a free city (at the start the only missing mittelmark province is ruppin which if either you own or if its owner turns to a free city fulfills the requirement of the mission). This is so your progress doesn't get blocked by the presence of free cities in provinces your missions demand.
