http://www.m p gh. net/forum/showthread.php?t=679051 you need download bypass and inject him for gmod. Next write sv_allowcslua 1 and on scripts (delete space)

Качаешь выше бипас. Скачиваешь Extreem Injector и инжектишь дллку в гмод. Можешь прописывать sv_allowcslua 1 и включать скрипты.
