Need a mod to restore army, agent, and edict limits. Can anyone help?
My 86 hour campaign has been ruined by the latest patches. My army limits dropped from 15 to 10, agents from 5 to 3 and edicts from 5 to 3 thanks to the new imperium design. I simply want to return those numbers, and maybe even increase the edict limit to 10. I'm not good with computers so if anyone could make this mod I would be extremely grateful. Thanks.
