well i dont know if you have heard of super smash flash 2 but he also has been able to use some interesting moves there as a character which you could impliment, he should be able to throw his spear in an arc with a side ariel and you could make is tilts use the beam and charge his side smash to use the mega beam, if you rework the sprite from waddle dee from kirby super stat ultra that is a great place to start, other cool Ideas I think could be showing the refrences to his games like when he is riding ontop of those brown boar things and maybe he could even comand regular waddle dees & doos and a random percent of king doo and bouncing gordo at random each having different stats similar to pikmin and throw them similar to a better olimnar, these are just idea though I know alot about kirby characters and in articular like I said turning the super star ultra hero moveset sprites into characters has serious potential

as far as ballance I think his over all thing should be he is slower and focused on timing and close or long range attacks, you could also keep his speed and decreaaase his jumps, also Id update the colors on the sprite to match the cast a little and would probably add a few moves, focusing on him being more so very floaty but with less jumps, i like most of your specials I would put the side B as his side ariel to match the spear power up, replace his side b with piggy ride from kirbys dreamland 2 and returns turn his side smash into a chargible beam and over all make him more of a glass canon with a slower floatier feel who has quicker movement options in his specials, if you did add the olminar like random enemy toss mechanic Id probably make that his normal side b and change his dash attack into his down tilt, Id probably also add much more end lag on his down special to make it much more powerful but harder to connect, Id probably make his up tilt the parisol letting him have more sideways lateral movement and his down ariel the parisol pointing downward with stars spinning around it or for that matter just make that a smash attack he can do in the air, just suggestions to balance out and make him even more fullly realised great charachter so far

I think that you should give the Dash Attack less power and less end lag to make it a better combo tool, because this character is more combo based I feel that having a strong dash attack gets away with the combo nature. If you decrease the power in the dash attack you should make the strong attacks a bit stronger because they don't have the kill power like the dash attack. Also I think that the Side Special should have some base knock-back. Because of how unique the Side Special is and how strange the angle is I feel that it should have some reward to overall trump the opponent. Also I think that the down tilt needs some work, if you give it some good follow-ups the character would become more sick than it already is.

Hi! Love the the neutral air so much , lots of fun! i think some knock back on it could be cool and some sweetspot between the ground, the fist, the enemy where it would crack and do massive knockback! Just an idea love the build man seriously lots of fun!

You can Wobble just by spamming Side-B. Got to 300% versing a Zetterburn. Just FYI

Bandana Dee's Side B spears are too strong and can basically freeze opponents until they get to kill percent. I suggest making it a normal projectile.
