Update 1.4 - agent+general ranks, building bonuses
I've just played 18 turns as Epirus so here are my impressions.

1. agent and general ranking feels much better with these higher values. I actually appreciate the chance to rank up when it's less likely to happen. Although, I think agents might be better ranking at x 1.5 like generals (I didn't like having to spend so much money attempting agent actions before getting a rank in order to make my agent reasonably effective)

2. I don't think I like the lowered cultural conversion via religious building bonus. Constructing a religious building to achieve a +0.5 cultural conversion doesn't feel right. The figure itself just looks wrong, it may even confuse people! :P

3. My fleet took 16 turns to replenish, it was painful. I'm using Hegemonia harcore 2tpy but the values are the same right?

final note: I'm worried about changes to building bonuses for two reasons: first, it makes encyclopida information incorrect but more importantly, hardcore has already slowed the pace of events quite a lot, by incresing build and research times. I personally think the 2tpy pace is better than vanilla but once you start reducing the effects of elements such as buildings that I've already waited twice as long to produce I'm starting to feel .. well .. weary. Once again, keep in mind that my dignitaries will now be less effective/available due to changes......

another final note: I am running 10 units per army maximum which works great with your mod due to your recruitment costs and times - it creates the right compensation. I had a blast actually fighting large army merge battles instead of auto-resolving them.

ah! one more thing: I needed my militia hoplites to recruit in 1 turn! I was in fact crushed by Macedonia, Athens and Sparta. Admitedly this was due to poor strategizing, but not having a quick recruiting basic melee troop played a role :P
