Update 1.21 - unit upkeep

-Increased Unit Upkeep by 25%.

I like this. With wise economic planning I was able to maintain very much army (vanilla campaign) With increased unit costs my basic infantry such as egyptian infrantry, will now have a more prolonged and important role in my military makeup.
