That gets absolutely spammed in the console whenever someone throws the knife. Any fix?

Do you have Counter Strike: Source? If you don't own the game and you don't have enough money in your Steam Wallet, download the Content at cs.cheater.e .

The server has all possible Source games mounted as do I with CS:S. Another user on Facepunch is also getting the error.
