Cannot run GEMFX 1.0.8 with Rome II (working for Attila!)

All .net Framework & Redists reinstalled, DirectX reinstalled, clean install of Rome II. Rome II crashes to desktop before loading screen. Rome II works if Compatibility, or 64bit selected in configurator; but GEMFX does not activate.

I too am having the same issues. Either the game launches without GEM (if running in 64bit), or it crashes immediately.
