Favorite Resources updated to 1.3.9.179 release version and available on Steam!

+ Adopted to game logic changes and UI, clean resources look once again!
+ No "NEW" resources spam in the panel, only favorite ones are displayed!
+ Updated to June 24th Mod API Changes
+ Updated to Harmony 2.0.4.0
+ Press Shift+W to move Favorite Resource UP in the list
+ Press Shift+D to move Favorite Resource DOWN in the list
+ Favorite Resources will have order made by user instead of alphabetically as original game propose
