How do I remove gear?
I am trying to start a naked brutality and the game selected gear, weapons, etc and I want to remove them. I don't see how or where to do so. halp?

You have to go to the "inventory" tab at the top menu (if you don't see a top menu, click the arrow in the bottom right to expand). I had the same problem, as you can edit/add gear on the character preview but can't remove it.
