[BUG] Cannot change race and backstory

- Ui does pop up for Change Race and you can select it but it doesn't apply when you click Ok. Even on vanilla Human race and their "Job"

- Ui does not appear at all for Backstory for you to select like it used to. The arrow buttons work however.
