SUGGESTIONS
As the comment section is quite explosive, I think It will be easier to put Suggestions for improvements or fixes in here.

So here are some of mine:

1. Companions: Companions are still the standard ones from Native, it will be amazing if they are turned female - I am just dying to see a Female Borcha :D Maybe even write new narratives for them?

2. Tournaments - I'm noticing most enemies in Tournaments are still male - maybe more women should be added in there as well :D

3. Romancing the Lord Ladies while playing as a Female - from what I am noticing at the moment all Lord Ladies respond with "Other maidens have captured my heart" - I suspect I just can't romance them mechanically at this point, correct?

4. The status of a Champion - Those familiar with Dungeons and Dragons and specifically the Drow race, now that in their Matriarchical society, the strongest Males are picked as Champions for specific Matrons or Priestesses - basically they have the same function as the bodyguard you get in Skyrim, with the bonus they are also considered mating partners. So maybe some interesting narrative can happen there if you wish to push the mod in this direction.

5. Female victory shout - at the moment when I win battles I still hear the male chants from my companions but no victory female chants from my 70 female fighters :D

6. Female Throne pretenders - I see that one of the Throne Pretenders wishes to establish back patriarchy - this is a super cool touch on the whole thing, but I would wish that not to be the case with all of the throne pretenders - maybe some of them can become Females as well?

I am having a blast with the mod so I do hope it continues to be developed. Best of luck!

as related to #5 i'm 100% sure another mod has some female victory shouts, maybe the mod creators could see about adding them. i think dickplomacy adds female war cries and maybe one of the floris versions?? not 100% sure though

Oh on that note - during the fights woman war cries are present to the point of being overwhelming - I think the recording of the female shout is just longer than the male one, even in Native? So when you have an army of 50 women it becomes a bit too much for the ears, especially during choke points in sieges.

I am not exactly sure what solution can be used here - maybe reduce the spawn rate of the female shouts a bit, according to the army size.

Why would you even need to add afro-american women though, that's just african + caucasian, and that's already entirely plausible in-universe.

uuum the marriage and family relations system is totally broken. ladys are related to random people from all across calardia, and as a male you can only ask the family head for HER hand in marriage. and not her sister/daughter.
also, swadian knights don't have horses, rendering them as the most useless cavalry unit xD

Huge bug right now, the rescue vassal from prison quest is impossible to complete without besieging a castle... because the vassal becomes hostile to you the moment you exit the prison, siding with the defenders.

From "Diplomacy Suprise" mod, I just toogled all my companions gender through the cheatmenu command in the character report screen where you can increase your honor, rtr, etc. You might wanna know how they did it. I'm guessing it's part of Diplomacy 4.3 mod but I don't know cause I'm not a modder.
Also, you might wanna lookup to "More Women for Native" mod in the workshop to get the female victory shout and how they replace all those sounds.

I think mod "freelancer" (become mercenary) is a great idea for implementing in this mod.
