You have to assemble it and then there is a lever in the room you spawn in. Pull the one in the room next to the rocket first

i know each part of the assembly but not where to find it
first you need to find the uranium
then you need to open the main hatch of the ICMB if i recall correctly

you open it by finding ther uranium withch is in the hatch opening room then you want to put the pannels (one is by the door the other is neer the opeing on the rocket) then open the hatch with the button then on the same floor find a big controll room and there is a lever at the front then you want to use a hammer and break the glass

find the uranium, put it in the hole in the rocket, put the pannels on, retract the bridges against the ICBM then launch
it took me a while to fig it out the last time i played but i now know how to do it like the back of my hand
