Troubleshooting/bugs/crashes
Post your problems here.

Edit:
Do to rise of reported bugs and problems I publish a basic guide/form for better and more efficent communication and problem solving. What is the goal of this post? In short, it's to help you reporting bugs and similar stuff accurately so I can understand your issues better thus being able fix these faster. So please consider filling it out but I can't force you to do so anyway.

Edit2:
If you use other (unit)mods :
1)uncheck all of them in the mod launcher .
2)launch the game with this mod alone.
3)see if issue is still there.
(this roots out any problems related to mod overwriting same files due to same name, thought that should now happen anymore)

Alternative/Self help :
1) unsubscribing from the mod.
2) launch S2 and check if mod is gone from the mod list, if still there than manually delete the Weierstass_Units_for_vanilla_v1.0.pack file it ! ( found in: Steam\steamapps\common\Total War SHOGUN 2\data)
3)subscribe & download the mod again
4)test if the issue is still happening.
This might fix some issue related with steam,their workshop corrupted download etc..

Guide to the questions:

What is the issue?
-(describe what the issue is in short but detailed manner e.g Unit model/picture missing, unit not being recruitable,etc.)

Which units are affected?
-(mention all affected units or class in detail with full name of the units, e.g Ikko Ikki Bow Ashigaru. The Clan name is important as Clan improved/unique units are game-/enginewise their own respective units with own entries.

Where does this happen?
- (choose on of the 3 options: [campaign map/ during(custom) battle(s),this includes loading and co. / other], if other is selected elaborate it aka. during loading screen,starting the game etc.)

When/How often does it happen? (if applicable)
-(mention the times it happens aka. always,sometimes,rarely etc.)

Further details not covering the abovementioned questions like used mods etc. (A list of mods used in the last game launch is in the user.script.txt, just google that name on how to find that.)

I played your mod and I loved it so far but i sometimes got crashes. Nothing serious as they happened when my frames dropped in huge battles. However i just played small battle on custom map (helms deep no towers) which never broke before. This time it crashed and when i try to open the game with your mod I get Runtime Error: R6025 - pure virtual function call

The error is know. I guess that my mod tool ,rpfm, corrpted some game files and cause that error. I'm currently investigating and trying to find a solution for it.

Edit: I think I found the corrupted file. Please try run the newest version.

Glad to be of service. Now I can finally go to bed and get a good night's sleep.

FYI: Well the experimental unit class kinda bit me in the ass(it was ment to show the ranged stats in the battle UI). A certain mod table (kinda like a excel table) for the choskabe unit rollback was supposed to be deleted but actually wasn't,hence the crashed due to faulty/incorrect data. Now I have to think of another way on how to deal with them...

When I hover my mouse to a unit that has been added by this mode my screen goes partially black. Also, I can't see the names of the units.

You can try and reinstall the mod, if I remember correctly someone had the same issue and reinstalling solved the missing unit names for them, or try to disable other mods (start with your other unit mods,since they're likely to cause the problem). Alternativly you could also tell me which (unit) mods your're using, so I can test with the same mod setup and fix it on my own.

hey bro awsome mod, got a huge problem tho and i think its simple to solve. In custom games Port Tercos are not limited (as the should be) and blunderbusses are 2max. In campaing map is reversed, any help or idea on whats goin on?

The game separates unit caps into campaign unit cap and multiplayer/custom battl unit cap hence why some units are more restricted than others. Most of the mp/cb caps were copied from the orginal mod, since I didn't see them to be too unreasonable for me but I could change that if necessary.

In the case of the portuguese blunderbuss I do think that they struggle in field battles, the most common type of campaign battles from my experience, due to lack of range but excel in castle defences like other matchlock units do, more common in mp/cb, hence the difference in unit caps.

Also, veteran yari samurai picture looks squished in the recruitment slots

The unit not appearing on campaign map issue is probably just an oversight or typo from my side. It will be hotfixed today.

I'm going to redo the recruitment pictures and make them less squished.

Some of the new Ronin units also are invisible on the world map when they are leading an army. (Glad this mod is still being worked on, its my favorite!)
