That's strange. This mod doesn't edit any existing CA units or unit stats excluding a tech requirement for Chosokabe Daikyu Samurai (which are the chosokabe version of Veteran Bow Samurai). Besides that the S2 onna bushi should have 16 melee attack a not 11. The closest thing to your mentioned stats would be the gempei / RotS Onna Bushi with base values like this: 5 armor, 9 melee attack, 12 charge bonus, 7 melee defence, 10 moral & 15 bonus vs cav . Most likely another mod your using causes this so try to disable all other mods beside mine and check if the stat issue persists in a custom battle (loading a campaign save with missing units will result in a Crash/CTD).
