Last i checked, a 3D model doesn't have any internal organs unless also 3D modeled.
Art style isn't a thing at this point. If it looks like it fits in the game graphically, then its good to go. the puggyback is already in game so that clears up that much. Look at all of the unusual effects in game, non of them actually fit as far as lore, or physics.
